John Cena celebrates 7-year-old girl who beat cancer in sweet clip



John Cena is a man of extremes. In the WWE ring, there's nobody harder — however current titleholder Seth Rollins may oppose this idea. Outside of the ring, on the other hand, Cena's the undisputed champion with regards to children in need.
